5/20 position of Clean Match Program administrator will be vacant as of June 29.  One volunteer is needed to track and record all clean matches shot at Wolverine Rangers affiliated clubs starting with the June 29 membership shoot in Hastings and continue until just prior to the 2009 membership shoot (and then the cycle will begin again).  The administrator will also order awards/plaques, at the membership shoot present a brief overview of the totals and present the awards to the top cowgirl and top cowboy.  The Excel spreadsheet will then be posted on  the  website.  It's not a difficult job, the information is usually sent directly to you, but you must be diligent following up when the information is not received.  A copy of the previous spreadsheet and any information needed to perform
